An honest first read on what your WordPress project is likely to cost. Pick the answers that match your project and you'll land on a named service tier, a price range, and a timeline that reflect how I actually scope work.
The question I get most often is some version of "what does a site like ours actually run?" The honest answer depends on a handful of things, and I can tell you which ones in about two minutes. The pricing here matches what's on my Business Website Design page, reconciled against the work I take on every quarter.
This is an estimate, not a quote. It can't see your existing site, your integrations, or the half-dozen judgement calls that come up in a real discovery conversation. What it can do is put you in roughly the right neighbourhood before we ever talk, so that when we do talk, the number doesn't blindside either of us.
Why this estimator can be trusted. I've been building on WordPress since 2007 and on the open web since 1996. The pricing above isn't theoretical. It's the same structure on my Business Website Design page, reconciled against the actual scope of work I take on every quarter. My day job is leading WordPress development for the M.L. Campbell brand at Sherwin-Williams, a custom training and content platform that's been running for years; the work I take on independently sits in the same neighbourhood: media, education, government, and Niagara-region small businesses I'm proud to send a friend to. LinkedIn, GitHub, WordPress.org, X: same name on all of them, cross-checkable in a few clicks. The estimator's job is to save us both time. The discovery call is where the real numbers land.
